Bass Guitarist - Ken is originally from New England and started playing bass in the 60's. The Beatles changed his life forever. Ken was a Navy Seal for 6 years so music took a back seat for a while. When he finished his military service he picked up the bass again and hasn't put it down since. Over the years he has played with many bands including Life After, Kornerstone, The Distractions, Bad Habit, Four on the Floor, and Bigger Dream. As one of the founding members, he enjoys Quik Fix the most. The Navy brought him to Virginia Beach where he lives with Denise and two cats, Mittens and Rocky. |

Keyboardist/Guitarist - Matt Brady, our youngest and coolest member by far, began playing classical piano at the age of 10. At 14, he picked up guitar on his own, teaching himself solos by David Gilmour and Jimmy Page to improve his technique. Soon after Matt began his professional career, starting off as an assistant for Ron Lowder, owner of The Academy of Rock Music. For Ron, he filled in on many occasions as a bassist, guitarist, keyboardist, and occasionally backup vocals. While working with Ron, he learned how to run sound to some extent. Currently, he's branched off from his classical roots, adding jazz and blues techniques to his playing ability. Matt played with the folk metal band, Silvanus, and several high school jazz bands. |
